Keepers of the Light

An intimate look at what life was really like for the men and
 women who served on US Lighthouses and Lightships.

Keepers of the Light started off as a college project while studying at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Originally the film only consisted of several former lighthouse keepers and preservationists but while working on the film, I became friendly with a couple of the keepers and after graduating, they suggested that I expand the project into a feature film for television.

Over the last couple of years, I have had the privilege to interview nearly 25 lighthouse keepers and preservationists and still have a number of former keepers to go. The film is still a work in progress.
