In April 2022, AMD released a final wave of budget-friendlier non-X AM4 processors, in response to Intel's mid-to-lower range 12th Gen Alder Lake offerings. The Ryzen 5 5600 is one such processor; being the poorer cousin of the 5600X, it's positioned as a competitor to Intel's Core i5-12400.

With a base clock speed of 3.5GHz and a maximum Boost Speed 4.4GHz compared to the 5600x
base clock speed of 3.7GHz max 4.6GHz both has a power draw of 65W If I was building I would definitely
grab this CPU. Priced cheaper than the 5600x any budget build would do well with this CPU. Keep up the good work ALKtech.

Hey kind of a weird question, but can you check that all the pins are in good shape without taking it out of the packaging? Like in the see-through part? Im planning on building my first rig in the next few months, and think ill pick up the cpu now. I just wanna know if i can make sure the pins are all good wothout taking it out so i can store it for when i have all the parts i need. Thanks 😁
