I really like this game for having the endings be about what you decide to do with pain and traumatic memories. You can ignore them and live in your own reality, or you can face them. The simple imagery of following either a shadow or the bright and colorful childhood friends captivated me. I loved the scenes of Sunny's friends saying that they will forgive him in his headspace.

It breaks my heart seeing so many comments that have no faith that his friends will forgive him. I feel like the people that think Sunny is unforgivable feel a lot like Omori.

Seeing the younger versions of KEL, AUBREY and HERO in actual color already touched my heart, but when they shifted to their present selves I felt like this is the one and only time they followed SUNNY in his dreams to encourage him.

Sunny finally portraying his friends in Headspace as the real versions of themselves, then seeing them grow up in front of him touched my heart so much. Sunny's finally accepted that, even if he never forgives himself, he can't go back to the past. His friends deserve to know.

Everyone's talking about the DUET, but this was the song that broke me. It's sad, but it's hopeful at the same time.

I just love this song.
First this simple but refined harmony alternating between major and minor: A-Dm6. Then this keyboard you can hear in the GAME OVER screen as a call to continue. And finally all these instruments that are added in parallel with your friends from your childhood growing up showing the progression of SUNNY's mental health.
Just because you've done something bad doesn't make you a bad person.

This was it. Shit was about to happen. I was DETERMINED to get a good ending. I would NOT let sunny be sad for ANY longer. I'm glad I got the good ending. And I'm glad sunny's friends believed in him until the end.
