Really enjoy the symbolism of this moment. Even after all the encouragement Sunny gets from his friends, he still staggers at the final confrontation.
The line _Do you want to continue?_ works well but I feel as if it went _Do you want to give up?_ it would be more powerful as choosing No acts as a sort of defiance in that, no, Sunny will not give up.
He will not give into despair and he will muster the last amount of strength he has to continue.

I pressed no the first time cuz I had to get back to school and I thought I could quit faster that way... Right after I realised I probably made a horrible mistake cuz of the cutscene and I just pressed alt f4 before it ended so I could go back and do it right once I finished school...

The simple use of the Game Over jingle is clever. Sunny can give up and finally let go, leading to the bad ending, or persist and continue fighting. I like these small details.

The unfinished piano can resemble Sunny not being certain about Mari's thoughs on him after death, it slowly stops and leaves you to wonder, untill you finally choose, to forgive yourself, or not, that yes or no is not to continue fighting, it's to forgive yourself, move from the past, and overcome OMORI, this may be already 2 years late, but hey, I'm just leaving a message
