👉What is normal menstrual cycle?

👉The menstrual cycle, which is counted from the first day of one period to the first day of the next, isn’t the same for every woman.

👉For the first few years after menstruation begins, long cycles are common.

👉However, menstrual cycles tend to shorten and become more regular as you age.

✅Menstrual flow might occur every 22 to 35 days.

✅Bleeding should be between -
3-7 days. Bleeding less than 3 days could be because of low estrogen, anemia PCOS or hypothyroidism. And if it's more than 7 days then it's a sign of hypothyroidism, endometriosis, fibroid or PCOS

✅Clotting - Severe or heavy clotting is not at all normal it’s a sign of endometriosis or any other uterine problem

✅Pain - There should be mild discomfort. Severe pain also could be sign of some internal issues like endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, uterine fibroid or nutritional deficiencies.

✅There should not be spotting in between 2 periods. It’s a sign of hormonal imbalance

✅Period blood color should be - Bright red, Dark red or brownish. If color is pink then it's sign of anemia or infection. If it's grayish then it can be sign of infection.

In a normal period there is no pain.
If you have pain there is problem.
It only happens for 3 days, in 4th days you can bath.

Another reason why my mom tels me going to a doctor is unnecessary.
A womans body is, ummm, let's just say... weird.
Especially on your period. If you are in your first years of period (2-3years) then irregular periods are completely normal.
I saw many ppl saying their period is late. But mine early sometimes lmao.
I got my period last year in September.
It was a rlly weird period lol. But now its starting to kinda change, after one year i got my period after 19 days, then my next period was after 15 days and now its been 26 days and im still waiting for it.y period lasts like 4 days but after 2 days i get a lil blood again.
I think thats completely fine. Our bodies are different and we have so many kind of period simptomes.
I jive birth to literally jellifishes (blood clots) on my second day. And thats normal especially bc i have a short menstruation.
But im still thinking how do i make a difference between period blood and blood bc i have cancer or smt (if i get my period iregulary)

Mine on average are 10 days, but cramps go longer. I also have heavy bleeding and horrible nausea. My periods come every other week, or every two weeks. Cramps are rlly bad. So it’s horrible for me haha.
