Fun Fact: Most people didn't even notice, but in this scene when the serum starts to be injected, the camera closes up on Steves face and when he open is eyes is pupils dilate, this is a reference to The Incredible Hulk, when Banner gets his trigger that leads him into the transformation he always has the same reaction with is eyes, except they turn green due to the gamma radiation :)
