As a Mexican I will always choose that but if I had to choose something else I would go with Indian food and Japanese being a close second.

Indian food isn't just North & South Indian. East (especially North-East) Indian food and West Indian food are way different. North- East Indian cuisines consisting of diverse cuisines from all the 8 states in the Northeast Indian region are some of the best in entire India even though underrated.

India is so diverse that almost each of 28 states and 9 union territories have a different variety of food . I think if anyone making a video on Indian cuisine, it should consider every major of them .
For e.g.. North-eastern variety, typical Rajasthanj, Gujrati, Hyderabadi & Muradabadi Biryani and a whole lot of them.
