NPC Panhandler Avoided With A Quicksave | Oblivion NPC

This NPC ensnares many a traveler in her web of septim collecting schemes. This player was smart and tried to reload a saved game but alas it was all for naught. The adventurer succumbed to the NPC’s persuade check, but I mean hey.. she seems nice I’d give her a septim or two myself.. What were we talking about again?
