HOW TO MEAL PREP BABY FOOD // 5 Easy Recipes for 6-8 month old baby

Hey mamas and papas! If you want to save time and money on baby food, this video is for you. In this video I'll be making 2-3 weeks worth of food, but you could easily double the recipes if you'd like to create more! If you haven't already started meal prepping, trust me - IT'S WORTH IT.

It's such a great feeling as a parent knowing exactly what's going into your baby's food. And the whole meal prep process doesn't take that much time when you consider these meals could last you over a month :)

Personally, I still like to have some store bought organic baby food pouches in the pantry for days we won't be home at meal time. Sometimes it's just easier to pack a couple pouches for quick meals on-the-go!

Also included in this video are 5 of my favorite recipes (and Jeddy's favorite recipes) to use for meal prep. Hope this video helps give you some inspo/ ideas for your baby's meal prepping!

You did the sweet potato wrong. You don't need to peel or chop it up. You just place the whole sweet potato in the oven on a tray and bake for an hour at 185 degrees. Then remove it and let cool for 20 minutes then peel by hand. Then transfer to a blender and add some water. You can make pumpkin the same way too.

You are absolutely fabulous. What stores do you usually do your grocery shopping at? Do you stock up on anything like soda or water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping
