Quickly Set File Name and Location of Export in Premiere Pro

In this tutorial you’ll learn how set the file name of location of a file that you want to export in Premiere Pro.

Here’s a quick recap:

Get to the Export screen by hitting Command+M (Mac) or Control+M (Windows) or one of the various other methods in Premiere Pro. At the top section in the second column, under Settings:, find “File Name” and “Location”. Set the file name in the File Name section. This will be the name of the file you are exporting. Under Location, click the blue text to set the folder that you want your file to be exported to. Once you have your other file export settings set (e.g. Format, Preset, etc.), click the Export button.
