As Linus said, the inside camera is for mostly video calls where the quality would be destroyed by compression anyways, the small screen camera is what you would use for selfies or self video recording, besides you wouldn't want to hold it in opened mode while taking a selfie, it would be like holding a full tablet

I don't know the last time I was this excited for a new phone. The Fold3 finally seems like a phone that has actually provided some new innovation and design that actually seems that it might be worth the asking price. As someone that travels frequently, being able to carry a phone around to quickly do small tasks, and then being able to open the phone into a semi-tablet and do whatever in a tablet format seems amazing. However, I am a little worried about the long-term durability and how bulky it will be with a case. Definitely on my radar to purchase as reviews come in for an upgrade from my S9+.

I'm still waiting for a single device which could replace a phone, tablet, and computer (when docked) -- the one to rule them all. This is promising, but needs a few years of development to get there.

Great video! I’m still undecided about the fold. I like the idea but am concerned about it being bulky and whether there are enough times when the additional display size would be useful and where I don’t have a tablet with me.

The fact we’re now almost forgetting specs shows us how far mobile processors have come. Software Features aren’t keeping up with the processor capabilities.

Thinking about getting this one, I might possibly wait until next year to fix anything else that might be a problem for it, and get new features. But it's very tempting!

Putting the selfie camera under display was a good move, barring removing it entirely. I'd much rather have that illusion of a full screen (even with the slight artifacting) than a notch or holepunch for a camera I rarely use.

Man I remember paying $1000 for my first car back in the early 2000’s. $1500 for an Acura integra daily driver back in like 2008. Now phones are more than that.
