Also not alot of people speak about healthy and regular discharge and the use of panty liners.
I was so ashamed and thought something was wrong with me when i was younger because my underwear was always wet until i was taught about liners and changing them every few hours to stay fresh until my next bath. This improved my life alot although it felt 'like common knowledge'. I am so glad that we can all learn, oh girl i suffered from enough embarrassment, i feel your pain😢

I use to change my toothbrush every month, my dentist says every 3 months, using the soft bristle. It is refreshing to know you are teaching young people how to take care of themselves.

Your tip on using CeraVe on vulva (from another video)is actually OB/GYN approved and works AMAZINGLY! I’m fat so it takes a little extra effort to stay fresh, but this tip, coupled with rose water witch hazel, works perfectly!❤

It's bacteria that causes the odor, so yes, it's helpful to keep the hair shaved/trimmed, so that the odor is minimized or eliminated while using deodorant. Great tips!

I love this! I double cleanse with native body wash (peach nectar), coconut 🥥 body scrub and dove shea butter and vanilla. Top it off with a vanilla body butter and my Arabian Belle perfume. Great combo if your going for that warm scent

For us in Asia, bathing every single day is a must. Especially if you’re living in a tropical country. Once in the morning, once after work when you return home.

Amen to double cleansing!! I’ve always done this and ppl wonder why my shower takes 30 minutes. I scrub myself 3X with 2 soaps 1 soft 1 hard. Then I exfoliated, and then do my face 2X with my face soaps - 2 as well. I wax only for kitty but lord help u if my 6 foot ass is shaving my legs. Park up for an hour bredren, it’s gonna be a while before I’m ready 😂

1. Exfoliating before shaving softens rhe hair for a smoother shave.
2. Use Hair Conditioner as instead of a tge stinky shaving cream. It works much better and makes shaving seemless with excellent results.
