Lua was chosen as Roblox's programming language because it's a very lightweight programming language that compiles quickly. Back when Roblox was in it's early years in 2005 and 2006, games had to load in a somewhat bearable amount of time as the places themselves were and still are hosted on a separate server your computer would connect to and communicate with, which meant all of the scripts and bricks would have to be "streamed" onto your computer. Also due to how simple the programming language was, it was fairly easy for the community to understand.

1990-2000 Roblox prototypes is complete bogus, the first official Roblox prototype is dated back to 2005, only a few screenshots of it exist.

Roblox decay isn't referencing the site, it's referencing the community. Many people think the Roblox community is decaying, and they're not wrong. A good chunk of the community and even most of the staff have seemingly forgotten what Roblox was even supposed to be.

The majority of players are not bots, but the majority of users ARE bots. Players on Roblox are defined as accounts that are active on the website, communicate with other users, and play games. Users on Roblox are registered accounts. There are over 2 billion of them, and it's estimated that over half of them are either bots or inactive accounts.

NSFW content was actually uploaded by Roblox on accident, tons of audios were uploaded by the Roblox administrators due to a music licensing agreement, and when they uploaded all of the audios they forgot to weed out the ones that weren't kid friendly. Needless to say, some random guy found a questionable audio and Roblox promptly deleted it and put it under wraps.


Blockvoid:() could be referencing a crash handler, as the actual Roblox framework itself seems to run off of C++ which uses void functions. I have personally never used C++, but I do know very basic terminology for it.

The nsfw content by roblox is real. Roblox accidentally uploaded an "interesting" audio from their music license thing. They blamed it on another account and banned it.

"sented_cons" is the name of "condo" games. Condo games are NSFW, vulgar Roblox games. There's no filter on those games (since you can literally edit the Roblox chat, yes, you can literally MODIFY the source code of the Roblox chat in Roblox studio). They were originally called Condo games, but then Roblox filtered it, so they called it 'consent' and then that got filltered, etc

Phantom scripts Could be referring to people purposefully filling up games with fake NPC players for example remainings visiting a fake murder mystery two server with bots that weren’t listed on the players list
