Here's the Story of how I came to be:

My name's Ted Carr and I was born n' raised in Vancouver BC, Canada.

At age 19 I dropped out of college because I hated learning about something I wasn't even interested in.

I just wanted to live my dream life with an actual purpose like I saw so many others doing on YouTube. I really wanted to start out as a personal trainer, working for myself.

Soon after dropping out, I got certified as a personal trainer... but I was desperate to fix my skin issues as I knew I shouldn't be having so much acne all over my face, back and chest when I wanted to be an example of health and vibrance.

Nothing was working though... Every cream, lotion and potion failed me. But I kept trying things and didn't give up! I held the vision of clear skin.

Eventually found Fruitarianism AKA Raw Veganism which not only cleared my skin but also gave me the life meaning and purpose I had been looking for all this time. Go figure!

With my new mental clarity, I read/devoured dozens of books on self improvement and raw veganism. Then I took inspired action daily and made so much progress in such a short period of time by helping others via Skype, YouTube and other forms of social media who were also looking for the same answers I had recently found.

Within 2 weeks of eating 100% low fat raw vegan my skin totally cleared up and I was making good money as personal trainer - helping people get fit & healthy. I started making YouTube videos soon after to share my story - although I was SUPER hesitant at first!

I haven't had any acne issues since eating a low fat raw vegan diet which I promote on my channel, and I've helped countless people 'cure' their acne as well by coaching them with raw veganism. My life will never be the same again since reading all those books and making all these YouTube videos...

Raw foods has forever changed my life.

YES! This is literally my husband. we're both vegan and whilst I'm thin and on the OMAD diet, he's gained so much. he just can't stop eating and he doesn't even work out at all. he's super sedentary but will keep going back for meals. like, dude, HOLD UP! he even tried intermittent fasting and even tho to lose weight, u should eat 25% less when you break your fast, he'll eat a lot when he breaks his fasts.

He's absolutely right and people crack me up that are disagreeing with him. This happens in Carnivore groups also. There are Zero Carb AKA Carnivores that think that by eliminating all carbs that they can eat all the fat in the world and sadly are gaining weight, but again like people in the comments they will argue about it because they don't want to feel hungry or adjust their amounts of food. One person here commented that they personally are full and can't overeat on a high carb low fat diet so this isn't true. ha ha ha So they are saying that their N of 1 has to apply to everyone and that isn't true, it's true for a lot of people but yes people can over eat and not exercise enough on any diet

Interesting topic for discussion. I'm still wondering why I haven't gained weight eating excess calories with meat and fats? Like over 6000+ calories a day for weeks which is pretty hard to do by the way. To gain nothing but better health and weight maintenance. I'm that weirdo that tried to screw up the carnivore diet and haven't figured out how 😂

You should mention something like Cronometer to track the foods you eat.

Wrong. Too many FAT calories make you fat, not carb calories or total calories. You cannot become fat if you're eating high carb and low fat. Low fat meaning less than 10 or 15% of total calories coming from fat. I'm 5'8" and always 120-130 pounds eating as much as I want until I'm satisfied while eating high carb very low fat. I probably average about 2500-3000 calories a day. If I was offered 1 billion dollars to get over 140 pounds without changing my diet and adding a lot more fat, I still couldn't do it.
