The hotel one: I am a facilities manager. I have been sys-admin on several phone systems, and I've been working in high-rise buildings since 1988. A stuck button on a phone can lead to calls like that. As for the elevator, anything blocking the door or the tracks it rides in can cause the doors to open and close repeatedly. It doesn't take much to cause this. Even just a small bit of debris in the wrong place can make them malfunction. The figure in the mirror could be a distorted reflection of the stuff in that back corner. I'm not convinced any of this is paranormal.

Don't you think it's odd that the kid has no feet, hands or face. All covered. Seems like its a hoax and the guy built a stick figure and clothed it for content.

Yeah that "kid" in the mans yard is a coat thrown over a tree stump with a mask. There are no hands, feet, or legs for that matter. I think that the coat is hanging over a dummy torso with the mask is concealing the dummies face. And the fact that the man has not involved the police in a trespassing situation is suspect as well! Fake video for sure.
