Many years ago, a friend showed me a CCTV video of a workshop with some ghostly figures appearing and wandering around the workshop
. Still, after further investigation, the video recorder's erase head was faulty, and the ghostly figures were simply folks in the workshop half erased. It did look very convincing, as the fixed camera position did a great job of these odd-looking double takes. I wonder how many of these videos are the result of similar hardware errors

I’ve watched cameras for years and the best i can say about clip 2 is that it looks like a group of people running from something, maybe they have just committed a robbery or something, and they throw what seems to be clothing or bags over the wall/fence. Also it seems as though the clip is being played at 1.5x speed. The light at the top of the screen is simply headlights. Maybe a getaway car for the robbers.
