I did this after a heartbreak, I went straight to Mexico took myself on a silent retreat and said zero words to anyone barely even myself for 5 days. Cried on the beach and wrote Emo poetry and got a third degree sunburn. One of the most beautiful memories of my life yet. ❤

I went on a solo trip to Paris and I was so nervous beforehand. But it was so beautiful and restorative. I learned a lot about myself and was able to fully immerse myself in the beauty around me.
