Answers is a song from Final Fantasy XIV, composed by the incomparable Nobuo Uematsu.

You guuuuys. So... I tried filming this video with all the vocals and backgrounds, to make an old-school type multiple-window kind of video... but I didn't like it. And to be very, very honest, I feel that at this stage in my life (with a toddler), time to work is super limited and I'd much rather spend it focusing on making music than on video filming. I hope that by keeping videos super basic, I can release songs more often.

this might be my favourite cover of Answers. I quite like the different take to it (mournful) compared to the original which is more akin to a cry of despair in face of death and oblivion.

ffxiv has so many songs that would sound amazing in this style. Dragonsong, Heavensward, Tomorrow and Tomorrow, Flow. Even Equilibrium for lyrics alone

I love these simpler takes - as compared to the bombast of the original - because these feel like performances you could actually stumble across in the world of Final Fantasy XIV itself ^.^ Erutan did one ages ago and it was absolutely amazing - I'm beyond pleased that Malukah is lending her incredible talent and beauty to this wonderful song <3

Oeef! That is a brave song to cover if you ask me. Answers is a verry powerfull song and manages to give me goosebumps every time even on a hot summer day.
