Welcome to our video all about the German Shepherd Malinois mix, also known as the Malinois Shepherd or the Shepinois. If you're considering adding a new furry friend to your family and are interested in learning more about this unique hybrid breed, you've come to the right place.

The German Shepherd Malinois mix is a crossbreed between the German Shepherd and the Belgian Malinois, two highly intelligent and loyal breeds that are often used in law enforcement and military work. This mix is becoming increasingly popular as a family pet due to its strong work ethic, loyalty, and intelligence.

This hybrid breed typically has a muscular build and a short, dense coat that can come in a variety of colors, including black, brown, and fawn. They are known for their high energy levels and require regular exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy.

Because of their intelligence and trainability, Shepinois dogs excel in a variety of activities, such as obedience training, agility, and search and rescue. They are also great companions for active families who enjoy outdoor activities and exercise.

Shepinois dogs are very loyal to their families and have a strong protective instinct, which makes them great watchdogs. However, they can be wary of strangers and may require socialization and training to ensure that they are well-behaved around new people and animals.

It's important to note that because the German Shepherd Malinois mix is a hybrid breed, it can inherit traits from both parent breeds. This means that their temperament, energy level, and health can vary from dog to dog. It's important to do your research and find a reputable breeder who can provide you with information about the specific dog you're interested in.

Overall, the German Shepherd Malinois mix is a wonderful breed with a lot to offer. If you're considering adding one to your family, be prepared for a loyal and active companion who will bring endless joy to your life. Thanks for watching our video, and we hope you learned something new about this amazing hybrid breed!

The cross is actually what is primarily used in police and military. They can look like purebred Malinois or WL GSD with variations. Some people call them the German line of malinois, some people call them Dutch herders. Basically all the dogs you see in military and police are specifically bread working dogs from Dutch shepherds, Belgian malinois, and German Shepherd working lines. The dog in this video however looks a Lot more like a working line purebred German shepherd with some Malinois in him but he definitely more working German Shepherd in phenotype. Purebred working line German Shepherds look totally different from show or pet line German Shepherds and are basically what the original German Shepherd is supposed to look like. Anytime you see a 95 pound or 100 lb Belgian Malinois it has working line German Shepherd in pedigree. If it's recent or far back it's in there. The knpv dogs do not care about purebred. They care about best working dogs

Totally agree, very healthy dogs, loyal, energetic, but I recommend the puppy must be separated from the malinois father because, the son loose part of his dominant and protective instinct. And if the German shepherd is big... wait to see the mali/germ son. But the son in my case results less hypper active than the father and very close in affection with his mother. Beautiful dogs. Is more beautiful than a DDR German shepherd

Now my dog make sense. Other says it belgian Malinois and other says its german shepherd because it really looks like a german shepherd. But judging by its fur, its not so hairy like the german and not so skinny like Belgian Malinois.

I have a puppy 14 weeks old just the same and I have a 4 year old son too and frankly I have no problems I means yes he does nibble as every puppy does but if you tell him NO and give him a chew toy he stops alone and he loves playing with my son they even sleep together he isn't my first and they were always the same I've introduced them at a young age idk how people say they need to be supervised makes no sense
