Thank you very much on the detailed explanation. I have started doing Nadishodi, anulom vilom and then brahmhari breathing everyday in the morning. I feel nice and grounded after finishing the brahmhari.
I have a question to ask you, I do this first thing in the morning without drinking or eating anything. After finishing this, can I drink warm water or lime water or coffee in about 5 to 10 minutes? Please do advice. Thanks again.

Hi, thank you for a well explained domo. However, I'm a little confused as I have always known this to be Nadi Shodhana and reading through the Hatha Yoga Pradipika it also states this to be Nadi Shodhana. Are there any other ancient texts that call this technique Anuloma Viloma? Thank you

People with deviated septum may find one side with restricted air flow or sinus congestion. Any suggestions to improve for less congestion and inflammation of nasal and sinus tissues?
