Just found this video. It is SUPERB. I also instinctively found that resting my index and middle fingers on my third eye area, really helps! Whoever demonstrated it, showed such peace. Only thing I do *not* like to do is to use the gyan mudra with the left hand; I just like to relax that hand and not do any mudra. The lady sits in Vajrasana, which is just fine.

My thoughts on why we start the pranayama from Left nostril:

The power to create is given only to the feminine priniciple.

The incoming breath resonates to Sah and denotes Parvati and Creation.

Hence we start from Ida / Lunar / Left Nostril which is associated with the feminine principle.

Is there any restrictions like it has to be 2 hrs after meal or only in morning and evening on empty stomach.. to do this like that?
