My quick summary

1. Write down your thoughts
2. Ask questions on what outcome I want and how can I allocate resource to get it done
3. Build map of what I need to do
4. Perform items on the map
5. Recalibrate and rebuild map as needed

My solution is I'm taking a trip in my car for 3 weeks. I'll come home with a new perspective. Until the next gestaults build up.

Not certain about the points made but, if anyone else is searching for how can i focus on the present try Tarbally Focusing Finder Tactics(should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbor got great success with it.
