Not sure how & when my family started making these delicious Dahi Yogurt Toasts, we have been eating them since forever. Dahi Toast has been one of my favourite breakfast dish of all time...
At first look, it might seem like a task but it is not..... just a few simple steps and your breakfast is ready.

Ingredients

Bread Slices : 5-6
Oil/Ghee : 1tbsp

FOR POTATO FILLING
Boiled Potato : 2-3 (medium sized)
Onion : 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander : 2 tbsp
Green Chilli : 1
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1/4 tsp
Amchur / Dry Mango Powder : 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp

FOR DAHI/YOGURT FILLING
Dahi/ Yogurt : 1 cup
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves : 8-10
Oil : 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander 1 tbsp

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients for Potato filling and keep aside
2. For tempering - Heat oil, add mustard seeds, once they start to flutter add curry leaves
3. Beat dahi/ yogurt
4. Mix salt, tempering and fresh coriander with curd
5. Spread potato mixture on one side of the bread, drizzle some oil or ghee and let it cook
6. Spread curd mixture on the second side. Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
