Average credit card debt is $6, 270 which seems very low, when they say the average credit card debt is $60, 000? I don’t know. My credit card debt is $0 because I pay the balance off each month ahead of time. I can’t see abandonment as an option because it would destroy your credit score. I don’t understand why a lender would loan so much money, and I don’t understand why people would build knowingly unaffordable houses to begin with.
