-2 cups cooked cold rice
-2 tbsp shallot
-1/2 cup mushrooms
-oil for wok frying
-2 tbsp butter
-1 cup cooked Dungeness crab
-crab seasoning to taste
-2 tsp msg
-salt to taste
-lemon juice and zest to taste
-1 fried egg

There’s a crab “fried” rice my family makes that just sticks a whole dungeness crab on a bed of a mixture of rice and other ingredients steamed over some sort of aromatic smoky leaf water. It’s pretty good.
