People don't normally eat it on bread like a sandwich, but rather eat with fork and chase with bread. But we're We're not fundamentalists when it comes to bigos eating technique, you do you, enjoy the kapustka and the kielbaska :)

Yes Bigos is saukraut with sausage, ham and mushrooms. We dont put it on bread. Have a bite of Bigos first and then take a bite of bread. Cute birds 🐦
