How sour it is really depends on the person cooking it, it's one of the dishes that is better the longer it is cooked so best one is one made at home. Plus the one from a jar might not be bad but it's never going to be as good as it could be, though you did go for a decent brand.

You need to eat it with white bread with butter. Also bought bigos is nothing compared to homemade bigos by any Polish grandma. ❤️

The best biggos is home made especially by Granny. It has a Total different taste (better imo)

As a pole it is great especially for Christmas it is supposed to be sour but the only issue is then you Gotta run for the Toilet
