Being a retired electrician, I have only recently discovered these. I used them in 2020 when I replaced an outside light on my home. Brilliant connectors they give secure connections and are simple to use

I use wago. Like the lighting connectors too. Why does the 18th edition NOT sanction push in or lever connectors built into 13 amp sockets. Save all the fiddling in getting the wires connected using screws. Germany uses them all the time.

Are wagos suitable for solid conductors?
They looks like a possible loose conection and making the cause of that fire that you showed in your video.
