Thanks for including mainstream productivity tools that people are actually like to use. I’ll bet 1000 times more people use Outlook than some of the more obscure email tools but use a fraction of its features. More Outlook videos would be appreciated. SharePoint is similarly ubiquitous as compared to, say, Notion.

Still can’t quote a chat message using the desktop app. Maddening that this works so easily in iOS but not via the browser version or desktop.
