Hands on with NEW Microsoft Teams for Windows 11

Microsoft Teams is coming to Windows 11 and will be integrated as a default app. Take a first look at the capabilities that are available in the Windows Insider build. Microsoft Teams Chat feature is based on Microsoft Teams desktop client and Microsoft is extending Teams functionality by bringing a dedicated button right to your taskbar as a default app.

If the are going for the domestic market then a stripped down version is definitely needed. What about small group for conference calls? It must apply the KISS principal.
At the enterprise level I am finding the screen cluttered and confusing. The functions and sub functions are not always self evidence. What does "activity" mean? How are the different activities identified and separated?

As a teacher I've learnt using Microsoft Teams, virtually as a (perhaps down scaled) VLE. I think it's magnificent and would love videos concentrating on tasks in Teams, on Outlook calendar integration (with tasks) and on SharePoint integration all in one video. Perhaps even spiced up with MS Forms. I know you've already provided some videos on mentioned topics. It's not so much for me but for my colleagues. I'm almost fluently in Teams (if you can ever be😀) partly thanks to you Kevin🙏🏻

You mention that the calendar function automatically syncs with Outlook calendar. Mine doesn't and I'm struggling to find out why. When I run the Microsoft Recovery tool, it says that I need to download full Teams client for this feature - is that the case? Any help much appreciated.

Hey Kevin, there were certain webpages that were IE compatible, now with upgrading to windows 11, m unable to install IE and site does not open on Edge, any suggestions
