Chicken Kung Pao Wings

Ingredients for baking the wings

Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Mix the salt, black pepper powder, and olive oil in the wings and bake in oven on 400F for 40 mins.

Ingredients for Gravy

Melted Butter 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Sugar 3 teaspoons
Red chilli flakes 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1/2 tablespoon

Mix all the above ingredients in a wok.
Add your baked chicken wings and mix them until the gravy becomes sticky.
