ahh copy keyframes, thats what I was doing wrong silly me. I always gave up cause it wwasn't working and I couldn't figure out why it was copying the whole timeline

Ive previously tried watching other videos to get an understanding on how to animate. because I coukdnt understand how to animate and didnt really understood what happened so i did it myself. then ended up getting stuck once i created a new file and chose japanese timeline.
