I fear people don't understand the EU, where it states one of the goals is to "level" the playing field. In that regard, Britain can not benefit from any success it might have, and further encouragement of British business to leave for depressed EU areas can be expected.

People who buy products pay the tariffs, not the businesses. It simply protectionism dressed up as Government taxes. A slight misquote, I think!

The only decent thing Cameron did in his time as PM was to give us that in-out EU referendum. Thanks, Dave!

Well David Cameron if you feel that way maybe you shouldn't have sent it for a vote in the first place. Glad you did though.

He hedged on the pound devalueing against other currencies
and made a stack of money from driving the pound down with brexit.
He made a lot of money from his bad mouthing the best deal in Europe
and throwing membership of one of the world's biggest trading blocks in the bin.
British sovereignty was never in danger.
He lied and cynically profitted from his bringing poverty to the UK.

Vote leave. before we get swamped. And as for Cameron, 6 months ago I remember seeing him on TV saying Britain would be fine out of the EU!!! I think he's useless can't even convince his own party to support him on Nigel is a true leader and speaks the truth and does it in ordinary words people can understand. Top man I say.

This video is quite short so I cannot really get anything out of it. I have read many of the comments below. On the issue of the purpose of the EU trying to "level the playing field for all EU members" means England cannot benefit from any its successes. Actually Germany, England, and France are the big 3 in the former the EU. These 3 are the economic powerhouse of Europe. Europe's wars have always involved stronger countries taking advantage and overpowering small, weaker countries. WWI and WWII were classic examples. It was France (Charles De Gaulle) and Germany (Konrad Adenauer) getting together to enhance trade (no EU, no common market) to link mutual interests and avoid future conflicts. Later they let in smaller, weaker countries to help them improve their standard of living through trade. When the Soviet Union collapsed many former Communist-bloc countries were free to determine their own destiny. The problem was the command economy imposed on them by the Communist Polite Bureaus killed free-market competition. Their industries did not make things people want to buy but mades things ordered by Communist party hierarchy. The free-market industries of Germany, England, France, Italy, ... would out compete them and their people would lose their jobs. There would be discontent with free-market, capitalism among former Communist bloc countries. Their people would want to go back to the dictatorship of Communism. Communism squeezed the creative drive needed for free-market competition. That is why countries like Poland have no idea how to compete and operate efficient businesses. You also see this in Germany. West Germany is constantly pumping more Euros and opening new factories owned by West German companies to help East Germany with jobs. The EU and the common market is not about German, English, & French (the top 3 developed countries in Europe) companies preying on less developed countries. The EU and the common market is about helping all Europeans achieve a descent life, so the Europeans continent would achieve social stability which in turn would allow businesses to flourish. The Germans and the French seem to accept this responsibility. If the English only wants to make a lot of money off of less developed countries then yes England should leave the EU and the common market.

What a one sided set up this was. Farage was set up and attacked by young, rude, arrogant and raciest questioners. He did very well dealing with them Cameron had an altogether different type of questioner. And the woman running the show was useless.
