Yes. All very good advice. The hardest part is obtaining and maintaining the discipline to implement these changes in your life. As suggested, start small and build up. The key is; to start!
I got a surprise at the end of this video when the narrator said at about 19:42 ... " the 7 habits." He also said "7" at the start! What! It was a mistake, definitely. There were only 5, as the title says!

Amen getting over my my past but it's not easy. Getting there. Thank you ❤. My past event was so terrible that I told people about my situation. Now am am getting better by being silent and am free and I think I have a better life being on my own and not having friends. Am better off being alone than chatting with people who don't respect my privacy. Thank you ❤
