As someone who watched this case unfold through german news, just to clarify she was sentenced to 12 years through juvenile court in prison where she needs to undergo psychiatric treatment and if after 12 years she has not proved herself willing to change and is not mentally stable enough to not be a danger to society, she will stay in preventive detention (which is a kind of prison after prison) and that could last forever

Hey my ex is 34 and groomed an 18 year old and took advantage of her grieving her father who died recently. He told me she “begged for it” and stated “an older guy might know what he’s doing better” the fact he blamed her and argued that she’s a legal adult when she attended a middle college that he currently still works at and she just graduated from with her high school diploma and associates in May of this year is beyond disturbing. I am nauseated still and it’s only been a few months since we broke up because I found out but I feel such a strong protective energy over these young girls. I’m 28 and just can’t imagine finding an 18 year old attractive at age 28 at all. These men are sick.

I remember this one. No real justice to be had in this one. Strange how the German courts wanted to give the friend with guilty knowledge five years and then gave the psychopathic murderer only twelve years in a mental hospital. Unless the mental hospital does an awesome job of fixing her, she's going to kill again.

You can‘t just buy a gun in germany 😅 That‘s why she didn‘t use one. I do live in germany and it‘s reaaaally hard to get the allowance to own a gun, you can‘t own them at that age, you have to be in a „gun/shoot club“ and practice shooting regularly and you get controlled by police more often. Of course you can get them illegally through the internet but that‘s also not that easy cause packages often get controlled

As a German, I think she got a knife since it was so much easier accessable than a gun. You can't just go and get a gun over here in Germany. We have very strict laws about who gets to own a gun and who doesn't. You need a license for that as well.

Sarah was really bad at planning these crimes. Not like I want her to get away with it, but she did everything wrong. Googling stuff on her device, telling people about it, asking people to buy her the murder weapon. Using her own pics. She could have found a girl who looks like her on social media and used those pics, guy wouldn't care if they showed up and she looked a little different. Guys probably wouldn't notice. 😂
