The extended version of Clair de Lune.

This song is my favorite music from Debussy. Thank you to Debussy for the lovely composition and Orchestre Radio-Symphonieque Paris for playing the song beautifully. I'm glad the song reaches many people. So once again , thank you for listening.

you know this is a masterpiece when the silence between notes is as beautiful as the notes themselves

I played this video for my dad as he died. It wss his favorite song. He couldnt say much. The nurse was talking and he just said as loud as he could, "LISTEN", so we all shut up so he could hear it. We played it for the last 6 hours of his life. This is the first time I've listened to it since. It put me right back in the hospital room, holding his hand, telling him how i can't thank him for enough for keeping me alive, sticking by me when no one else did, and never giving up on me. After I thanked him, he struggled to talk and look at me, but I could make out the 3 syllables. "I love you.", the last thing he ever said. They gave him meds not long after that and he went to sleep and we watched his vitals tick down to nothing, holding his hand, playing this song. He was the greatest man I ever knew and i aspire to be just like him in every way I can. He was so selfless and put everyone else before him to a fault, and he never let his family down. I love you dad.

This was my mom's absolute favorite. It was played at her wedding to my dad and at both of their funerals. Unbeknownst to me, it is also the absolute favorite of my wife. She broke down in tears when I had a pianist play it during one of our first dates. I think both mom & dad would approve of my spousal choice.

Everyone, of all ages, can understand the feelings behind this song.
Whether you're here to honor Kaede, to appreciate your past, or just to relax, you've got a form of sympathy swelling up inside of you.

Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don't feel alone anymore. Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new chance. If you are reading this, be sure to share this around to make others feel better. Have a nice day! ^^

This is in my opinion, the greatest piece of music ever written. Listening to this makes you feel like you are going through a lifetime of emotions in a matter of minutes. No piece has ever made me feel this way when listening to it. Thank you for taking 15 years to write this piece Debussy, it was worth the wait.
