AHHH!!! Man, I would LOVE to go to a place like this in real life. I think one lot trait you missed out on would be "teen hangout".. I know so many people (including myself) who would just spend hours screwing around and climbing on top if the trucks haha

Yep, definitely! I've wanted a junkyard in my game since I saw one in the Sims 3, but didn't know how to tackle it myself since I knew most likely it would just be for looks and potential storytelling purposes, but the fact that you threw the laundry mat in for actual functionality is amazing! I definitely agree with the idea that that area is MADE for trailer parks, trailers and the junkyard!
