What’s happening in this Breaking Bad clip?
Jesse and Walter have locked themselves within the RV while Hank tries to force the door open. Old Joe steps in and tells Hank that an RV is a domicile, and therefore, he cannot legally search it without a warrant. Hank relents and goes back to his car.

What’s the TV show Breaking Bad about?
Walter White (Bryan Cranston from Godzilla and Total Recall), a chemistry teacher, is diagnosed with lung cancer. He decides to make and sell methamphetamine to repay his medical debts and secure his family’s future.

Season 3 of Breaking Bad:
Gus (Giancarlo Esposito de The Mandalorian et Maze Runner) offers Walter a job cooking meth at a hidden lab. Walter demands Jesse (Aaron Paul) to be his assistant rather than Gus' choice of Gale. Skyler (Anna Gunn) learns of Walter's meth cooking and demands a divorce. Hank's (Dean Norris) investigation leads him to Jesse, but he finds no evidence and assaults Jesse, forcing him into a short leave. Hank is forewarned about an attack from two assassins and kills them, but he becomes paralyzed in the aftermath. Jesse's behavior becomes erratic, and Gus replaces him with Gale (David Costabile). Later, Walter fears Gus will kill him and Jesse once Gale learns enough about their methods, and instructs Jesse to kill Gale.

Such an underrated moment. So tense most people would never think of a way out of here

Jessie was trying to keep it civil and lawful but he couldn't hold saying bitch at the end.
What a character

This is the moment the meth lab becomes a private domicile that its owner would not be harassed

Love how Hank always gets visibly annoyed at having basic civil rights explained to him. One of the most realistic cops in fiction.

Love how surprisingly well versed in Legal stuff Old Joe is.

Just imagine if Walt starts coughing inside the RV

2:57 Walt's reaction to Jesse saying "BITCH!" is hilarious. He just shakes his head and looks at him like "wtf bro?"

One of the things that makes this scene so great is that even though Hank is basically the good guy here, the viewers are so emotionally invested in Walt and Jesse's characters that Hank instead becomes like this monster from a horror film scratching the walls and knocking on doors (even the RV has dim lighting and all), because you know that if he sees Walt, it's the end.

Walt bursts out of the RV with a huge grin: “Hey, buddy! I’m just giving my former student here some extra lessons so he can go to college and be a chemistry major”.

This is truly the moment Walt became stuck in Jesse’s private domicile

it's mad to think that the writers actually hit a dead end here and had to brainstorm ideas on how walter and jesse would get themselves out of this situation.

Love the little silent interaction between Walt and Jesse at 3:01

Walt says that the bitch comment was unnecessary, jesse says to not bug him about, walt says whatever. All without them ever actually saying a word. Fantastic acting

I love how Jesse just goes around calling literally everyone “B#tch!”

3:02 No, you cannot censure the best part

if Old Joe didn't stop the situation, this would of been the last episode of Breaking Bad. Reminds me of those situations in a game where you let the scene play out without pressing the button prompt to save yourself.

What I always loved about this show is it would make me simultaneously want Jesse and Walt to get away, and for Hank to not succeed in his investigation.. but then also make me want to see Hank catch Jesse and Walt and succeed in the case.

“This is my own private domicile and I will not be harassed...bitch” for me that’s one of the funniest lines in the whole show

Fun fact, the entirety of Breaking Bad was improvised. Bryan Cranston one day just started cooking meth and the crew decided to start filming and roll with it.

This is the moment Old Joe came back from the future after having earned a law degree.
