Letting go is such a beautiful but difficult choice . Most of time a sense of shame and guilt holds us back and then it becomes pride or ego and ultimately we forget that all this hurt us and always did and letting go was much more easier than justifying why we held it 😭

I’ve always hated when people tell me to let stuff go. But at the same time, I totally get why they say it. I’ve started trying to bottle up my feelings and suppress them. And if someone asks if I’m ok, I usually say that I’m fine, even though I’m not. I just don’t want to talk or think about what’s bothering me. I’d rather bottle it up inside, and mentally destroy whatever is triggering me. But I also find it extremely possible for me to let things go, and move on. I just want to do it on my own, but without people telling me when to do it, that’s the main thing I have a problem with most. People telling me what and when to do things. I never reach out for help, even if I need it most. I don’t want to reach out for help. I don’t want to talk about what’s bothering me. I don’t want to talk about how I’m feeling, because none of it matters. Not to me, and not to anybody else! But I know I can and will be able to let it all go. It’s 100% possible for me to heal! Even without help or support or love from others.

ooof I reaaallly hate my perfectionism and people pleasing habit. It definitely stems from my childhood and my parents wanted me to be perfect in literally in everything. Lucky for me, this became a part of me as I grew up and now I feel like it's impossible to let go

I try to let go of toxic friends. But even if they hurt me, I'm happy whenever they're happy. Its nice when I'm their reason of laughter. Even if they are laughing at me.
