Easy-peasy way of storing garlic

Today, I'm going to share an easy-peasy way of storing garlic.
You can use this method to store garlic all year round.
Place a layer of cloves (with the pointed side up) on the bottom of a jar.
Fill with salt until you cover the points.
Place the next layer (with the pointed side down).
Again, fill with salt. Continue until the jar is full.
Cover with gauze and store it in a dry, cool room.
When you take a clove out, it looks and feels like fresh one.
You can re-use the salt for cooking.
