Super Easy Chocolate Fudge Whoopie Pie Tutorial!

Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix
3 large eggs, room temperature
100ml vegetable oil
100ml warm water
150g softened unsalted butter
270g icing sugar
30g cocoa powder
3tbsp double cream

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

2) Line a baking tray with baking paper.

3) Whisk together the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a large bowl until smooth and combined.

4) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5) Scoop the mix onto your baking tray in tablespoons.

6) Bake for 7-8 minutes then let them cool.

7) In a large bowl whisk the butter until creamy.

8) Gradually whisk the icing sugar and cocoa powder together with the butter.

9) Add the double cream and whisk until smooth.

10) Pipe the icing onto half the cooled cookies.

11) Place the non-iced cookies on top of the iced cookies to make a sandwich.

12) Enjoy!
