This is to everyone who is having trouble switching to your particular language of choice. If you bought your phone in a different region for example I bought mine in the US and brought it to Poland, the North American Android load does not allow for complete language switch. That is what I was told at an electronic store. This is by design, because the European market got a weaker build (weaker processor) than the North American release. Odd but that does seem to be the case. Unless we hear otherwise from Google or Samsung there isn't a solution for this issue. Bummer.

Doesn't work. Tried few times. English still remains the default language. Some parts are in another language, but all menus in the settings are in English.
