What's the other hole for next to the sim card hole?

I put the remover in the mic hole by accident as the plastic on it had that hole included in the cut out for the sim hole. I felt something soft push in, what did I push in?

Samsung S22 does not support a sim card ( no tray either). How are you able to do it????
