As part of Office 365, you probably also have to agree that Microsoft scans all the data that you put in Loop as specified in the EULA. For most businesses in Europe this results in confidentiality issues, and they would have to disclose this "sharing" with their clients.

Very nice presentation on the features of OneNote and Loop. For me, I will be staying with OneNote.

Looks like Loop is trying to be similar to Notion.

Nope I’ve been having sync issues all of sudden with my work OneNote. It’s been awful.
