I use to drive my CO and 1st Sgt around as a pfc/lcpl and they use to egg me on to drive through the water and mud holes with them in the field 😂 once our vrc110 mount wasn’t properly installed and that shit flew into the COs face and when we got to the position we were going to he chewed out the techs responsible for installing those mounts in the trucks. The radios were installed properly and secured but the damn mount wasn’t! Wouldn’t have known about the improper install if we didn’t hit the mud hole!
