What percentage of weight goes in front leg versus rear leg when lunging forward? What lunging in place do you just focus on keeping weight in the middle? Or does front leg always take more weight?

Can you help with push ups? I do strength training and have built some muscle, but I struggle to do a push up. I even tried the mod version on my knees. When I try, I’ve noticed I use my belly to get me up!

Lunges hurt my knee but not the front knee...my left knee hurts when I'm doing a right side lunge?! It makes no sense but I can hardly bend my left knee toward the ground when I'm doing a right foot forward lunge

They didn’t hurt my knees but as I’ve upped my workouts I now get knee discomfort on leg press, leg extension and when bending down😮😢
