The discussion about the "sweet spot" in Hero Wars FB/Web AND Mobile is a constant one, and while I believe that it is real.... I also believe that it is too difficult to hit.

The idea of the sweetspot is that there are specific targets on certain heroes that you need to reach, and then level no further. There are two problems with this strategy: first, it really only applies when dealing with maxed out heroes vs other maxed out hereos. second, it's impossible to determine what an attacking team will use against you, which 5 heroes they will choose, and at what levels those heroes have been leveled to (ie: there own sweet spot).

This clip was taken from a livestream earlier this week.

I think it's more a matter of opportunity cost and value. For me, I've found some heroes (I.e. Rufus, Jorgen, Martha, and Cornelius) who can perform well at lower power levels, but that doesn't mean that there aren't situations where a stronger version of that hero wouldn't be better. However, if I can take the resources it would cost to level them higher, put them into another hero that makes them more usable, and still be able to use the lower version of that hero in lineups, that's a win for me. It's not that you're going to find a lower level where that hero is the best version of themself, but they may perform solidly while not having to sink a ton of resources to max them.

I'm currently using jorgen with my but if I maxed jorgen out andvari wouldn't put his barrier on jorgen so he would gain energy alot slower but atm he is almost able to ult before his previous ult falls off the enemy team and sometimes he can if he takes damage but with this team I can even blow up a strong martha in the back with his leper ability
