I love project, but Irelia's Infiltrator skin oozes more personality than this one does by a mile.

This is a case where I would say it fits the aesthetic but not the theme. It looks like a project skin. It feels like what you would get by designing it after looking at one skin from the line instead of the whole skin line and universe.

How does a hood with a visor work? It feels like the visor should be heavy enough to drag the hood off Irelia's face, if it's not attached to something like a hat or headband or Irelia's skull. Is that the part of her that's supposed to look cyborg-y?

I have a big problem with alot of the newer project skins: they're either TOO human on the human characters or they just don't work well on the characters then pick otherwise, the "too human" thing is really apparent on Irelia and Sylas, there's no room for the cyborg-aesthetic when you're just trying to make them pretty with no other sustenance to the universe you're trying to slap them into.

Project peaked with Yi. That skin was so popular it crashed the client, and IMO remains his best skin.
But since then the rest can feel inferior trying to recapture the novelty that made project great. Not to mention the 75 project rip offs.

I think one of the reason it feels "lazy" is because all of the cyborg and cool stuff was put into the prestige version of the skin

i've been wishing for them to make a project talon back to when I was in my gradeschool days, since in my head it always be a banger and he kinda fit for the theme, sucks to see all this years the only champs who gets it are the one famous

This is how I felt about a lot of that last round of Project skins. They just went for generic Project aesthetics for the some of the most popular champions at the time.

This is what a reject is supposed to look like? I think that is the best way to question the idea behind the skin.

If she is supposed to look like a reject, why does she still look like someone who is freshly out of the box as it were? Hell, even the idea of not having her look so shiny could have helped her “rejected” look, but it just seems like she should be the same as any other project (which considering the number there are, she isn’t doing much else that sets her apart from the others).

When I looked through the skins last time to see how her best skin was the only one she was smiling in, I figured Project would be seen as the worst. Seemed like a safe bet, since this one just felt like another project skin than another skin for her with her own unique flair.
