I just love cinnamon raisin bagels I dont have oatflour but I do have Tapioca flour, Almond Flour, coconut flour and 1 on 1 flour ...but I usually understand how you write the subs and how to sub....but I am a little confused with this chart....is it (instead of the oat) ...1 1/4 Almond plus 1/4 tapioca....as the total flour...also if I use GF 1 on 1 is it just the 1 on 1 or almond as well Im sorry Nicole I just want to get it right...Thank you for your patience...Julianna

In a previous bagel video you said to use one egg white to coat the outside before baking. In today's video you say to use 1 egg yolk (even though to my eye it looks like an egg white, not yolk, in the video). Can you clarify?
