This is a good recipe, you need to bake them for about 20-25min, and instead of putting the dough in a bowl with plastic wrap on it for two hours, I put it in the oven with a damp cloth over it (only turn on the light in the oven not the oven) and it took half an hour for it to double in size not two hours, the heat of the light speeds up the process a lot. The bagels tasted amazing.

Allereerst wil ik zeggen dat je hele leuke video's hebt! Maar ik heb een vraag, ik verlies alleen gewicht op een vegan 'diet' als ik streng eet, dus zoals de mc dougall maximum weight loss program. Als ik dit niet doe, lijkt het alsof ik aankom, al is het maar van een kleine snack. Het programma van dr mc Dougallis soms moeilijk vol te houden omdat ik last krijg van suiker cravings. Misschien kan jij me helpen? Of heb je tips?
